ProductTesting.Com evaluates the efficacy of products or services using a four step process:
Step 1: Screen for users of a given product category.
Step 2: Obtain agreement via online interviewing to take part in an in-home or other product test.
Step 3: Send out a sample of the product to be tested to each participant.
Step 4: After giving each respondent a period of time to use the product, re-contact them and via a second online questionnaire to determine likes and dislikes, ways used, areas of needed improvement and comparisons with competitive products.
